Thai Turkey Glass Noodle Salad with Garlic & Cilantro

  • 1 Cook noodles according to package, drain. Set aside.
  • 2 Heat 1/2 tablespoon oil over medium heat in a large skillet. Add ground turkey, Gourmet Garden Lightly Dried Cilantro and Gourmet Garden Garlic Stir-In Paste. Cook until turkey is cooked through and crumbled, about 3 to 5 minutes, drain any excess liquid. Allow to cool.
  • 3 Whisk remaining 1/2 tablespoon oil, fish sauce, soy sauce, lime juice and sugar in a large bowl. Stir-in cooked turkey and cooked noodles. Cover. Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours, or until ready to serve. Garnish with chopped peanuts and green onions.
