- 1 Cook pasta as directed on package for al dente pasta. Rinse under cold water; drain well. Set aside.
- 2 Cook bacon in same large saucepan on medium heat until crisp, stirring occasionally. Remove bacon with slotted spoon to paper-towel lined plate. Set aside.
- 3 Remove all but 2 tablespoons bacon drippings from skillet. Sprinkle with flour, salt and pepper. Cook and stir 1 minute on medium heat or until well blended. Gradually stir in milk until smooth. Stirring constantly, cook 3 minutes or until sauce starts to thicken. Stir in cheese until melted and smooth. Stir in Gourmet Garden Roasted Garlic Stir-In Paste and bacon. Remove from heat. Add cooked macaroni; toss gently to coat. Serve immediately.
