Ginger and Cilantro Carrots

  • 1 Mix honey, butter, Ginger and Cilantro Paste in small bowl; set aside. Add scant 1-inch of water to bottom of large skillet. Bring to boil. Place carrots in skillet; cover. Simmer about 5 minutes or until water has mostly evaporated and carrots are tender. Drain any remaining water. Remove skillet from heat.
  • 2 Add honey mixture to skillet. Toss until carrots are well-coated. Serve immediately.
