Preparation
- 1 Combine flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder and baking soda in a bowl.
- 2 Whisk yogurt, milk, butter and Gourmet Garden Cilantro Stir-In Paste in a bowl. Stir in eggs and green onions.
- 3 Stir yogurt mixture into dry ingredients just until moistened; do not overmix. Divide batter evenly into 12 muffin cups lined with cupcake liners. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden.Cool completely on wire rack.
