Preparation
- 1 Place potatoes in a large pot and cover with cold water.
- 2 Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 12-15 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Drain and mash the potatoes.
- 3 In a small saucepan, heat Gourmet Garden Garlic Stir-In Paste and Gourmet Garden Parsley Stir-In Paste, butter and milk. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- 4 Add herb mixture to mashed potatoes. Mix well. Serve warm and garnish with Gourmet Garden Lightly Dried Parsley, if desired.
