Preparation

  • 1 Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add onions and red pepper to pan and cook, stirring, until softened, about 5 minutes. Add sausage and mushrooms to pan and cook until lightly browned, about 8 minutes.
  • 2 Add Gourmet Garden Garlic Stir-In Paste, beans, tomatoes, Gourmet Garden Lightly Dried Chili Pepper, Gourmet Garden Lightly Dried Cilantro and cumin to pan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer until vegetables are tender about 20-25 minutes. Serve topped with sliced green onions and sour cream, if desired.
