Preparation
- 1 Heat oil in stock pot over medium high heat. Add onion, carrot, celery and red bell pepper; cook until vegetables have softened, about 8 minutes.
- 2 Add lentils, Gourmet Garden Garlic Stir-In Paste, Gourmet Garden Cilantro Stir-In Paste, Gourmet Garden Parsley Stir-In Paste, and salt. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- 3 Add vegetable broth. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low and simmer for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally or until lentils are tender.
