Gourmet Garden's Vietnamese Sauce is made using a blend of Australian organically-grown herbs and spices, and exhibits the fresh, vibrant flavour and aroma associated with chilli, coriander, ginger, and Kaffir lime.
A versatile ingredient, it adds an authentic flavour note to Asian style dishes, and can be used as a marinade, sauce or dressing.
Our herbs and spices are washed, chopped, and blended, within hours of harvesting, and contain no artificial colours, flavours, or preservatives. Pastes and sauces have a 30 day shelf life at 5oC after opening, or 12 months at -18oC.
