Lemongrass provides a quick and easy alternative to crushing or chopping fresh lemongrass. Lemongrass can be used in both sweet and savoury versions of the dish. It is best added in half way during cooking and is ideal in Thai dishes, curries, noodles, fish, chicken and coriander. In cooking use 1 tbsp of paste to replace 1 tbsp of fresh lemongrass or add according to your taste.
