  • 15.5 ounces canned cannellini or garbanzo beans, rinsed well and drained
  • 1 teaspoon Gourmet Garden Gourmet Garden™ Garlic Stir-In Paste, Stir-In Paste
  • 2 teaspoon Gourmet Garden Cilantro Stir-In paste
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 15 ounces canned pure pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon ground turmeric
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon Gourmet Garden Gourmet Garden™ Chili Pepper Stir-In Paste, Stir-In Paste
  • 3 tablespoon lemon juice, fresh
  • salt, to taste
  • toasted pepitas, for serving

  • Place beans, Gourmet Garden Garlic Stir-In Paste, Gourmet Garden Cilantro Stir-In Paste and olive oil in food processor. Pulse several times to break up beans, then blend until smooth.

  • Add remaining ingredients, puree until smooth. Add additional oil 1 tbsp at a time until desired consistency.

  • Refrigerate until ready to serve. Top with toasted pepitas and serve with crackers, baguette sliced, or fresh vegetables.
