- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 4 large plum tomatoes, seeded and finely chopped , (about 2 cups)
- 1/4 cup pitted kalamata olives, finely chopped, (about 8 olives)
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
- 2 tablespoons Gourmet Garden™ Roasted Garlic Stir-In Paste
- 4 teaspoon Gourmet Garden™ Lightly Dried Basil
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Pure Ground Black Pepper

- 1 Cook pasta as directed on package. Drain well.
- 2 Mix remaining ingredients in large bowl. Add hot cooked pasta; toss to coat well. Serve with freshly grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
