1Preheat grill on medium heat. Mix Garlic Paste, 2 tablespoons of the olive oil, red wine vinegar, black pepper, shallot, red pepper, capers, Lightly Dried Cilantro and Jalapeno Paste in medium bowl until well blended. Set aside.
2Season both sides of the salmon fillets with salt and pepper (optional). Brush both sides of the salmon with remaining 1 tablespoon oil and place on the grill. Grill, about 5 to 7 minutes per side or until salmon is just cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
3Remove salmon from the grill. Serve topped with Red Pepper Relish.
