Preparation
- 1 Preheat grill on medium heat. Mix Garlic Paste, 2 tablespoons of the olive oil, red wine vinegar, black pepper, shallot, red pepper, capers, Lightly Dried Cilantro and Jalapeno Paste in medium bowl until well blended. Set aside.
- 2 Season both sides of the salmon fillets with salt and pepper (optional). Brush both sides of the salmon with remaining 1 tablespoon oil and place on the grill. Grill, about 5 to 7 minutes per side or until salmon is just cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- 3 Remove salmon from the grill. Serve topped with Red Pepper Relish.
