  • 1 pound skirt steak, cut into 2-inch strips
  • 1 tablespoon corn starch
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger
  • 1 medium yellow onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 2 cups sugar snap peas, trimmed

  • Coat steak with corn starch; set aside. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat until shimmering. Stir in Garlic, Ginger and onion. Add steak; stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes until steak is browned.

  • Stir in soy sauce and broth; simmer 6 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add sugar snap peas. Stir-fry 2 minutes longer, or until peas are tender-crisp. Serve over cooked rice, if desired.
