Coat steak with corn starch; set aside. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat until shimmering. Stir in Garlic, Ginger and onion. Add steak; stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes until steak is browned.
Stir in soy sauce and broth; simmer 6 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add sugar snap peas. Stir-fry 2 minutes longer, or until peas are tender-crisp. Serve over cooked rice, if desired.
