  • 1 Heat oil over medium heat in a large skillet. Add ground turkey, Gourmet Garden Garlic Stir-In Paste and Gourmet Garden Lightly Dried Ginger. Cook until turkey is cooked through and crumbled, about 3 to 5 minutes. Stir in brown sugar, soy sauce, cider vinegar, broccoli and red bell peppers and bring to a boil; cook 2 to 3 minutes.
  • 2 Mix cornstarch and water in a small bowl. Stir in with turkey mixture. Cook 1 to 2 minutes or until thickened. Serve over steamed rice, if desired.
