  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 teaspoon Gourmet Garden Gourmet Garden™ Garlic Stir-In Paste, Stir-In Paste
  • 2 tablespoon Gourmet Garden Gourmet Garden™ Lightly Dried Organic Ginger, Lightly Dried
  • 2 tablespoon light brown sugar
  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • cooked white rice

  • Heat oil over medium heat in a large skillet. Add ground turkey, Gourmet Garden Garlic Stir-In Paste and Gourmet Garden Lightly Dried Ginger. Cook until turkey is cooked through and crumbled, about 3 to 5 minutes. Stir in brown sugar, soy sauce, cider vinegar, broccoli and red bell peppers and bring to a boil; cook 2 to 3 minutes.

  • Mix cornstarch and water in a small bowl. Stir in with turkey mixture. Cook 1 to 2 minutes or until thickened. Serve over steamed rice, if desired.
