Ingredients 6 Servings

  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 4 large plum tomatoes, seeded and finely chopped , (about 2 cups)
  • 1/4 cup pitted kalamata olives, finely chopped, (about 8 olives)
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
  • 2 tablespoons Gourmet Garden™ Gourmet Garden™ Roasted Garlic Stir-In Paste, Stir-In Paste
  • 4 teaspoon Gourmet Garden™ Lightly Dried Gourmet Garden™ Lightly Dried Basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Pure Ground Black Pepper

  • 1 Cook pasta as directed on package. Drain well.
  • 2 Mix remaining ingredients in large bowl. Add hot cooked pasta; toss to coat well. Serve with freshly grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
